David Zamudio grew up in the Oriente region of Venezuela. Because Venezuela suffered such a drastic economic declines, an environment emerged in which success was hinged on innovation, outstanding problem-solving skills, and a tireless drive to be the best in one’s field. These characteristics are exemplified in David Zamudio.
He has always held the core belief that one should work to be the best in everything that they do, never falling complacent with mediocrity. By age 12 he had identified his calling to become a professional chef through years of experimenting in the kitchen to master basic dishes and then create his own versions.
